| The Webb lab is always looking for new students to join us. We have a broad range of interests in ecology and evolution. Because we take a theoretical approach to our questions, prospective students will need to have some prior quantitative background (e.g., differential equations, probability theory, or statistics) in addition to their biological interests. Students in the Webb lab are involved in a number of programs on campus including the Graduate Degree Program in Ecology (GDPE) and the Program for Interdisciplinary Mathematics, Ecology, and Statistics (PRIMES). I also have a joint appointment in the Department of Mathematics. Please contact Colleen if you are interested in applying to be a graduate student and see the Department of Biology, Department of Mathematics, GDPE, and PRIMES web sites to learn more about the application process. |
